时间：活动前后的准备和收尾工作，以及活动当天的全程参与
职责：协助策划和设计新的STEM项目和活动，撰写项目计划书和活动方案
需求：具备项目策划和管理经验，有创意和创新思维
时间：灵活安排，主要根据项目需求进行工作
职责：为青少年提供一对一或小组辅导，解答他们在STEM学习中的疑问，指导他们进行项目和实验
需求：具备扎实的STEM知识背景，耐心细致，热衷于教育和指导
时间：每周固定时间，根据导师和学生的时间安排
职责：负责活动的拍摄、记录和宣传，通过社交媒体和其他渠道推广我们的STEM项目和活动
需求：有摄影、写作或媒体运营经验，熟悉社交媒体平台
时间：根据活动安排进行工作，部分工作可远程完成
职责：教授青少年编程基础知识和技能，指导他们完成编程项目和竞赛
需求：熟悉至少一种编程语言，有编程教学经验者优先
时间：每周固定时间，至少持续一个学期的教学周期
